  Michelle is applying finishing touch to her sushi's creation (Photo credit: Simon Jacobs/PinPep) To celebrate World Sushi Day 2024, Michelle, in collaboration with Yutaka, has unveiled a stunning collection of edible portrait sculptures of British celebrities and TV personalities, all made from sushi ingredients. She dedicated approximately 120 hours to sculpt these portraits using sushi rice, konbu, seaweed, roe, and soy sauce for colouring.
