Katsuma is character from Moshi Monster with natural health power. This sculpted sponge cake was commissioned to celebrate 10th Birthday of a little girl from Sussex. The tail and ears are edibles! they are made of rice crispies and marshmallow.

  A business man who works for a waste management company. His partner came up with a wacky idea for a cake to celebrate his 40th's birthday. Cake in a shape of hazardous barrel with Jack's head popping out. Baked to serve 50-60 people this party centerpiece is constructed from layered cakes and covered with the sugar paste, even the head is made of cake!    Testimonial from the client: " I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the cake you made for Jack’s 40 th birthday.  It was absolutely amazing, you are truly talented.  Jack was completely bowled over by it, he commented that it was the best cake he had ever seen and the detail was perfect.   It was a real centre piece at the party and everyone was amazed by the attention to detail.  Not only was it visually stunning but it was also delicious! Doctor Who Birthday Cake, TARDIS, K9, Dalek. Customer comments: "I would like to take this time to thanks you from the bottom of our hearts on the superhuman effort and skill you put into our cakes. They were show stoppers. Quite literally when the white TARDIS was brought out during the meal service had to be halted for 90 minutes!!! Today marks the official launch of Windows 7, and Microsoft UK is throwing a massive party in the heart of London's trendy Soho district. To commemorate this momentous occasion, I was thrilled to be commissioned to create a truly unique cake that celebrates the arrival of this exciting software. The cake itself is in the shape of a sleek airplane, its wings outstretched as if ready to conquer the digital skies. The fuselage, constructed from delicious cake, boasts a chocolate coating that mimics the sleek lines of a modern aircraft. Creating this cake was an absolute joy, allowing me to combine my passion for baking with a touch of tech-inspired whimsy. I can only imagine the excitement it will bring to the Microsoft UK team and partygoers as they celebrate the launch of Windows 7.
