Clear Acrylic Perspex Sheet / plexiglass (you can get this from DIY Stores or Home improvement stores) Sponge Cakes Cake board / base Icing Sugar  Fondant / sugar paste Steps to take : 1. Plan your design, here is an example of simple design. 2. Build the base for the iPad and layered of sponge cake around it. tips: you can use old iPad boxe to elevate platform for iPad 3. Layer the sponge cake around the base 4. Capture the video, tips: you can capture video directly on iPad, or using camera then transfer it to iPad, just make sure use the black background. 5. Celebrating an opening of The Kai Yong Yeoh Building at Brighton College, Michelle of Michelle Sugar Art created this amazing 3D Building Cake which is exact scale model replica of the actual building itself. The incredible architectural details were painstakingly created using sugar paste, the texture of the building were created using printed edible sugar paper.

3D Realistic Leopard Birthday Cake Max loves safari and he is mad about big cats. Celebrating his 10th birthday Scott from London has commissioned a 3D Realistic Leopard made entirely of sponge cake and fondant. The cake was a total hit and it was the highlight of the party. 'Dancing on the Cake'? this time our client wanted a Salsa Themed Cake to celebrate a special birthday  for the lady. It started with the original sketch below, combining 2 tier cake as a dancing stage with large sugar figures of the couple on top.
