Today marks the official launch of Windows 7, and Microsoft UK is throwing a massive party in the heart of London's trendy Soho district. To commemorate this momentous occasion, I was thrilled to be commissioned to create a truly unique cake that celebrates the arrival of this exciting software.

The cake itself is in the shape of a sleek airplane, its wings outstretched as if ready to conquer the digital skies. The fuselage, constructed from delicious cake, boasts a chocolate coating that mimics the sleek lines of a modern aircraft.

Creating this cake was an absolute joy, allowing me to combine my passion for baking with a touch of tech-inspired whimsy. I can only imagine the excitement it will bring to the Microsoft UK team and partygoers as they celebrate the launch of Windows 7.
