Calling all food art enthusiasts and sugar sculpture aficionados! I'm thrilled to share my latest creation that recently took center stage at the Experimental Food Society's "Spectacular" event in London: a hyper-realistic, life-size suckling pig cake, entirely crafted from sponge cake and sugar paste!
