Imperial West Cake for Imperial College London

Imperial College London invited 30 Members of Friends of Imperial to be amongst the first to hear about the progress and vision for its new campus, Imperial West, at a launch event on Wednesday 6 March 2013.

They have commissioned Michelle Sugar Art to create an incredible cake that looks like architecture model of the new campus itself.

It took around 80 hours to make and consume 30 kgs of sugar paste in the making.

Check out other architecture cake projects.
