Katsuma is character from Moshi Monster with natural health power. This sculpted sponge cake was commissioned to celebrate 10th Birthday of a little girl from Sussex. The tail and ears are edibles! they are made of rice crispies and marshmallow.

London has teamed up with cake artist Michelle Wibowo, baked up something truly Shrektacular. Visitors are in for a sweet treat as Shrek’s iconic swamp will be on display made entirely out of gingerbread. Cake artist Michelle Wibowo has worked over 50 hours to recreate every inch of Shrek’s beloved home, from the rickety welcome sign to the quaint outhouse, all with an irresistibly edible twist.
